Sanctuary Circles — Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Sanctuary Circle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of the Work

Sanctuary is a peer-based, community-centered support circle rooted in presence, reflection, and shared humanity. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for mental health treatment. Georgia Lynn is not acting as a licensed therapist within this space.

You acknowledge full responsibility for your own emotional, physical, and mental well-being during and after participation in the group.

2. Commitment & Attendance

Sanctuary is a 12-week container with six bi-weekly gatherings. Your registration represents a commitment to the full season. While life happens and occasional absences are understood, no partial refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are offered for missed meetings.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

All Sanctuary payments—including deposits—are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or early departure from the group.

This policy allows the integrity of the group container to be honored and protects the sustainability of the offering.

4. Group Agreements & Conduct

Sanctuary is a space grounded in:

mutual respect

confidentiality

non-judgment

honesty

and care for one another’s vulnerability

Participants agree to:

honor confidentiality of all personal sharing

speak from personal experience rather than advice-giving

respect differing beliefs, identities, and life paths

refrain from harassment, manipulation, or harmful behavior

5. Right to Remove a Participant

Georgia Lynn reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation at any time if a participant’s behavior is deemed:

unsafe

disrespectful

disruptive to the group

in violation of agreed boundaries

or misaligned with the spirit of Sanctuary

This decision may be made at Georgia’s sole discretion. Removal from the group does not entitle the participant to a refund.

6. Personal Responsibility

You affirm that you are emotionally resourced enough to participate in a group environment and understand that Sanctuary does not provide crisis support. If you are in crisis, experiencing severe psychological distress, or require clinical intervention, you agree to seek appropriate professional care outside of this space.

7. Confidentiality & Use of Information

All sharing within Sanctuary is considered confidential. Recording, photographing, or sharing content from the group without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Agreement

By registering for Sanctuary, you confirm that you:

have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

agree to participate at your own discretion

and accept full responsibility for your experience
