January 26th | 6-7:30 pm
It’s a space to slow down, to be human together, and to notice what it feels like to be welcomed—in your body and in community.
The evening is gently facilitated, with an emphasis on shared presence, choice, and care. Simple reflection, optional journaling, and moments of witnessing may be offered to support noticing what’s alive for you, always at your own pace and with no pressure to share.
Nothing needs to be fixed or figured out. Nothing needs to be performed, perfected or planned. You’re invited to arrive as you are and let the experience unfold.

About the Facilitators

Amber Amick
Amber Amick is a licensed psychotherapist, counseling supervisor, and somatic practitioner who supports women navigating trauma, identity shifts, life transitions, and the transition from survival into sustainable embodiment.
With advanced training in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, and lived experience as a mother, business owner, and creative, Amber brings a grounded, relational, and deeply human approach to healing. Her work bridges science and intuition - honoring the nervous system, the body’s wisdom, and the realities of modern womanhood - while creating spaces that feel both safe and expansive.
Amber supports the nervous system of the group through gentle orienting and resourcing cues, helping participants feel safe enough to settle into the experience. She participates as a regulated human presence rather than in a therapeutic or clinical role, offering grounding support so the space can remain steady, embodied, and experiential.

Georgia Lynn
Georgia Lynn is a space holder, writer, and facilitator who creates gently held group experiences rooted in presence, witnessing, and trust. She facilitates small-group circles through Sanctuary and offers 1:1 spiritual direction, accompanying people as they listen for what is unfolding within their lives.
In this gathering, Georgia holds the overall container—tending to pacing, consent, and spaciousness—while facilitating the circle experience and guiding a reflective journaling practice. Her focus is on presence, witnessing, and integration, helping participants notice and make meaning of their lived experience of belonging. This is not a teaching space, but one rooted in shared presence rather than instruction or analysis.
Together, Georgia and Amber co-facilitate Held as a clearly bounded, non-therapeutic, experiential gathering—centered on presence, care, and the simple experience of being welcomed.
