A Day of Listening

A quiet, guided retreat to slow down and come back to yourself—and the Divine.

Most of us don’t get much space to hear ourselves clearly, or to notice what’s being offered in the quiet. This is a day set apart for that.

We’ll step out of the usual pace and spend time in guided meditation, journaling, and silence. The intention is simple: to create space to listen to your life.

Throughout the day, you’ll be gently guided through a steady rhythm of practice and rest, with space in between to be with yourself and with God in your own way. This is not about fixing or forcing anything. It’s about listening.

The flow of the day:

9:00–10:00 AM Arrival and informal time to settle in

10:00–11:00 AM Opening circle

12:00–1:00 PM Lunch

1:00–2:00 PM Quiet time on the grounds

2:00–4:00 PM Guided meditation and reflective practice

3:30–4:00 PM Closing circle

4:00–5:00 PM Optional time to linger, connect, and enjoy
