Coming Home to Your Self
A 12-week small-group journey in embodied alignment, nervous system awareness, and soulful creation.
A space to root into presence, restore balance, and build a life aligned with your sensitivity and soul.

Begins January 2026 | Limited to 6 group members
What this Space is About
Many of us know what it’s like to lose our center — to get swept up in the noise, the expectations, or the endless doing. We crave alignment but struggle to find the balance between clarity and surrender, action and rest.

Coming Home to Your Self is a 12-week practice in remembering your natural rhythm — the one your body, spirit, and nervous system already know.

This isn’t a self-improvement course or a productivity plan. It’s an invitation to listen inward, align with what’s true, and allow your life to unfold from there.
What We'll Explore
Each week blends nervous system–informed education, somatic and mindfulness practice, and reflective conversation to help you:

  • Understand your nervous system patterns in work, relationships, and creativity
  • Learn to regulate and resource yourself in real time
  • Reconnect with your body’s intelligence and intuition
  • Clarify what alignment looks and feels like for you
  • Loosen perfectionism, control, and self-pressure
  • Practice trusting life’s timing — allowing things to unfold with grace

This group isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters — from a place of wholeness.
How It Works
We’ll meet weekly in a small, supportive group (limited to six members) where every voice is heard and every nervous system is honored.

Each session includes:
  • Gentle somatic and mindfulness practices for grounding and presence
  • Group discussion and reflection to integrate your insights
  • Practical tools for rhythm, rest, and sustainable action
  • Time for connection, support, and shared wisdom

Between sessions, you’ll receive optional reflection prompts and grounding practices to carry the work into daily life.
Who It's For
This group is for the deep feelers, visionaries, caregivers, and creatives — the ones who sense that sensitivity isn’t a weakness but a sign of attunement.

You might be in a season of transition, creation, or quiet realignment.
You may be longing to move forward, but without leaving yourself behind. You’re ready to live and lead from wholeness — to align with your truth and allow what’s meant for you to unfold.
What You'll Walk Away With
  • A more grounded relationship with your body and nervous system
  • Practices for balance and clarity in daily life
  • Deeper trust in your inner timing and intuition
  • A clearer sense of direction that feels true to you
  • Connection with others who understand what it means to live with a full heart in a fast world

At the Heart of the Work
Coming Home to Your Self is about remembering that alignment isn’t something you achieve — it’s something you return to.

It’s the rhythm between coming home and stepping forward.
Between clarity and surrender. Between holding and allowing.

And when you live from that rhythm, your life begins to move with you — not against you.
About Your Facilitator

I’m Georgia Lynn — a trauma-informed facilitator, writer, and lifelong student of the nervous system, yoga, and the creative process.

For more than a decade, I’ve walked the winding path of entrepreneurship and healing — saying yes to creative callings that didn’t always make sense on paper but always led me closer to truth.

Along the way, I’ve built businesses, written books, developed group programs and trainings, and collaborated with communities ranging from Carrie Underwood’s fitness brand to the Georgia Tech Athletics Association. I also founded a nonprofit that brought yoga to Georgia State Prisons.

Through all of these iterations and expressions of my work, one thing has remained clear: alignment isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about trust, timing, and the courage to keep showing up for what’s real.

In this circle, I bring the tools that have shaped my own unfolding — somatic practice, parts work, nervous system wisdom, and a deep respect for the mystery that moves through us all.

My hope is that this space helps you attune to your inner guidance, align with what’s true, and allow what’s ready to emerge.
