Breath Workshop

A simple, experiential workshop for coming back to your breath in real life

So much of what we hear about breathwork can feel complicated, intense, or overly controlled.

Sometimes it asks us to change the breath in very specific ways. Sometimes it moves quickly into emotional release or catharsis.

And while those approaches can have value, they are not always what we need—especially when we’re already feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

This workshop offers something simpler. It’s not about fixing your breath or doing it “right.” It’s about meeting yourself as you are, through something that is already here with you—your breath.

We’ll practice gently noticing the breath as it is in real time. No forcing. No intensifying. Just simple attention, and the experience of being with yourself in a more present way.

From there, we’ll talk together about what we notice—what it’s like to slow down enough to actually feel your breath, your body, and your nervous system.

In this workshop, we will:

Be guided in simple awareness of the breath
Notice how the breath changes with stress, emotion, and sensation
Explore what we discover through reflection and shared conversation
Learn ways to return to the breath in ordinary, everyday moments

This is a gentle, invitational space to experience the power of your breath. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you. Nothing will be forced or required.
